About the Author
Dr. M. Manivannan, M.Sc., M.A., M.A., M.Ed., Ph.D., PGDHE, Associate Professor & Head, School of Special Education and Rehabilitation, Tamil Nadu Open University, is known for his commitment for the development of Special Education for over two decades. He has contributed course materials for special education programmes of Bhoj University, TNOU, and IGNOU. He has already published four books related to special education and psychology. He has served as a member of Board of Studies of Andhra University, Bharathidasan University and Tamil University. He is a member of the expert committee dealing with visual impairment in the Rehabilitation Council of India. He is also a member of Research Forum of Tamil Nadu Teachers Education University.
