About the Authors

Prof. G. Lokanadha Reddy, M.A., M.Phil., Ph.D. in Adult Education and P.G Diploma in Statistics in S.V. University; B.Ed. and M.A. Psychology from Annamalai University; M.Ed. and M.A. Journalism and Mass Communication from Madurai Kamraj University. Apart from a multidisciplinary academic background, he has varied experience in the field of Education ie. Assistant Director of Adult Education at Gandhigram Rural University and for about 20 years as faculty member in the Department of Education, at Alagappa University. He also worked as a Professor and Head in the Department of Education, Periyar University and presently, he is Professor and Dean/Head, School of Education and HRD. Dravidian University. His research interests and contributions are in Education, Special Education, Inclusive Education, Disability Studies and Adult Education.

Dr. Vanaja, M., a postgraduate in Science Education, completed her Doctoral work as UGC JRF in Education and is currently working as an Professor, Dept. of Education and Training. Maulana Azad National Urdu University, Hyderabad. Prior to this, she worked in Acharya Nagarjuna University, Guntur and IASE, S.V. University, Tirupati. teaching physical science methodology to B.Ed. students and research methodology to M.Ed. Students. She has authored more than 12 books on Education. To her credit she has 25 research papers in National and International Journals/Edited books and presented 40 research papers in International and National Seminars/Conferences/Workshops. She has guided 6 Scholars for their doctoral and 20 for their M.Phil. Degrees in Education. 6 Ph.D. Scholars are pursuing their research work under her guidance.

Dr. Kadem Srinivas is currently working as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Extension Education at Regional Institute of Education, Ajmer, which is a constituent unit of NCERT. He has Doctorate Degree in Education from Centre of Advanced Study in Education (CASE). The Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda, Vadodara. He did his Master of Education from Regional Institute of Education (NCERT), Mysuru and qualified UGC-NET in Education. His areas of interest are Teacher Education and Science Education. He has written more than ten books on Education and Science Education.
